MAKING A PURCHASE
If you have a paypal account you can enter your email and password to pay at checkout. Alternatively if you do not have a paypal account you can simply enter your credit or debit card details.
PLEASE NOTE YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO PAY FOR YOUR ORDER.

Paypal will then send you an email to confirm the transaction.

You will receive a confirmation email from us confirming acceptance of your order within 24hrs.

PAYMENT METHODS

We currently use paypal to processed orders. We do not see any of your credit card or account details at any point. This is all held on a secure server by Paypal.

ORDERS
By placing an order online you are making an offer to purchase goods which if accepted by us will result in a binding contract. A confirmation email from us confirms thats the contract is formed.

POSTAGE

For all orders in the UK & Ireland the delivery cost is £1.95 no matter how much you spend! Next Day Delivery charges are £3.50 plus the standard postage charge £1.95.

For all other destinations the postage cost is £5.50.

Please note all international customers will be liable for any customs/duty or charges which apply to their specific country.

DELIVERY

We aim to deliver items in the UK within 1-2 working days. Orders are usually sent out on the same day where possible. There may be a slight delay at peak times such as Christmas so please allow a little more time. All items will be sent by first class post. Items over £40 will be sent first class recorded. For customised designs delivery may be be longer depending on the requirements but will be confirmed by email when the order is made. If for any reason we are unable to deliver your items within 1-2 working days you will be contacted.

Next day delivery is also available if you need something in a hurry choose this option. It is £3.50 plus the normal postage costs of £1.95. Please ensure you place your order before 12pm as orders received after this time are not guaranteed to arrive the next day. Please note that order received before 12pm on a friday will not be received until monday. (Please contact us by email first if you wish to use this method of delivery)

Overseas delivery usually takes 3-7 days but may be longer depending on which country you live.

PACKAGING
All items come in a silver cardboard gift box with silver ribbon free of charge.

GIFT MESSAGE
If you are buying a gift for someone special and would like your order to be sent direct to them we have a gift message option at checkout so we can enclose a lovely handwritten note and envelope in with your gift. Please add you gift message in the space provided at paypal checkout.

INVOICE/RECEIPT
Please note to reduce waste we are no longer enclosing an invoice with your order. You will still receive an email invoice from paypal with details of your purchase. If you do require a paper invoice please leave a message at checkout and we will enclose one for you.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE
**We are extending our return/exchange policy for the Christmas season. Any purchases made from 1st Dec will be eligible for return up till 6th Jan 2012.**
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase then we offer a 14 days returns policy. Please contact us by email to advise you are returning the item and we will then provide you with instructions for returns.

We will then refund you (minus postage) as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days.

If you wish to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible. If the item has been dispatched you must return the item to us at your own cost. Original postage charges will not be refunded.

If you would like to exchange your order for a different item on the website please contact us and we will be happy to arrange this.

For your protection we recommend you use a recorded delivery service for returning items. You must also make sure that items are securely packaged and in their original condition on returning them to us.

Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons and customised items cannot be returned unless faulty.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

FAULTY GOODS
In the unlikely event that an item is found to be faulty or damaged on receipt please contact us by email as soon as possible and return the item within 7 days.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Whilst every effort is made to ensure items are updated on screen to show they are out of stock this may not always occur. If you order an item that is temporarily out of stock we will email you to see if you wish wait for the item or cancel your order.

JEWELLERY CARE
In order to keep your jewellery in perfect condition we recommend that you keep it in the box provided and if possible in a plastic zip lock bag in order to avoid exposure to the air and therefore prevent tarnishing. Some items are made from raw brass which may dull or form a patina over time. A simple rub with brasso will have them shiny and new again.

MATERIALS
All our jewellery is made from quality materials. We used gold plated, black plated, antiqued gold and antiqued copper plated, rhodium plated and gold filled findings. Rhodium plate is an affordable material which will not tarnish.
We have a deluxe range of select items which have been made using 14ct gold filled findings. Gold fill is a high quality material which should last for a long time and not tarnish. This is reflected in the higher prices for this range.

BESPOKE SERVICE
A bespoke service is available in which we can work together to create something completely original maybe for an upcoming wedding, prom or special occasion. Alternatively you may like an item on the website customised i.e change colours, size, length etc if so please email me to discuss your requirements. A deposit will be required prior to me starting the item of jewellery.
