Orders
By placing an order online you are making an offer to purchase goods which if accepted by us will result in a binding contract. A confirmation email from us confirms thats the contract is formed.

Delivery
We aim to deliver items within 2-3 working days. For customised designs this may be longer depending on the requirements but will be confirmed by email when the order is made. If for any reason we are unable to deliver your items within 2-3 working days you will be contacted.

Returns/Refunds
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase then we offer a 14 days returns policy. Please contact us by email to advise you are returning the item and we will then provide you with instructions for returns.

We will then refund you (minus postage) as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days.

If you wish to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible. If the item has been dispatched you must return the item to us at your own cost. Original postage charges will not be refunded.

For your protection we recommend you use a recorded delivery service for returning items. You must also make sure that items are securely packaged and in their original condition on returning them to us.

Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Customised items cannot be returned.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty goods
In the unfortunate event that an item is found to faulty or damaged on receipt please contact us by email as soon as possible and return the item within 7 days for a full refund(including reimbursement of delivery charges) or exchange.

Out of stock items
Whilst every effort is made to ensure items are updated on screen to show they are out of stock this may not always occur. If you order an item that is temporarily out of stock we will email you to see if you wish wait for the item or cancel your order.

Privacy Policy
As we use Paypal we do not see any of your financial data once a purchase is made. The information we do collect includes name, address, telephone number and email address which we do not disclose to any third parties.  

We reserve the right to refuse any order.

Your use of this website and any dispute arising of such use of the website is subject to English Law.
