All the jewellery on this website is original and handmade by Donna Flanagan. All the designs aim to be fresh and unique offering an alternative to high street and high end jewellery.
Bespoke Service
I offer a bespoke service for items you wish to tailor to your size or style. So if you like a necklace for example but would like different colours than the ones shown please email me to discuss your requirements and I will advise any additional costs that might apply. A deposit will be required prior to me starting the item of jewellery.
Payment methods
We currently use paypal to process orders so you may use your paypal account to pay for your order or alternatively if you do not have a paypal account you may use your credit card.

Making a purchase
Making a purchase couldn't be easier simply click on add to basket of the item you wish to buy. This will then take you through to the paypal shopping cart. You can choose to continue shopping if you wish to buy another item or proceed to checkout.
Once you proceed to checkout you will be asked to enter your paypal details if you have an account or you can enter your credit card details if you do not have an account. (We do not see your financial details at any point).
Paypal will then send you an email to confirm the transaction.
You will receive a confirmation email from us confirming acceptance of your order within 24hrs.
Packaging
All items come in a gift box or organza bag details of which are shown on the product description.
Delivery
We aim to deliver items within 2-3 working days. For some items this may be less. Customised designs may take longer depending on your requirements but will be confirmed in an email once your order has been processed.
